The MCC offers a variety of resources and amenities open to all students and student groups, including:
Rooms & Spaces
The MCC has many rooms and spaces for students to meet, socialize, and study. These rooms and spaces vary in size and layout to accommodate various needs.
Comfortable Furniture
Each room has different furniture, most of which are moveable within the house, including couches, chairs, and tables.
Copy Machine
The copy machine prints black-and-white copies and has the capacity to do many different types of print jobs. You must supply your own paper for the copy machine.
Fax Machine
The fax machine is available for students and student groups to use for business purposes.
Resource Room
Open to all students, the 1st floor resource room showcases print material regarding academic opportunities, financial aid, scholarships, fellowships, internships, and jobs that are either generally available to minority students or specifically available to students of Asian descent.
TV Lounge
Our TV lounge on the 2nd floor has a flat-screen plasma television and cable. The television may also be used as a projection screen for presentations (i.e. PowerPoint, website/multimedia viewing, etc).
Computer Lab
Also located on the 2nd floor is a computer lab for students to use for doing homework, checking email, or just browsing the internet. The lab has three Dell computers and a networked printer. You must supply your own paper for the printer.
Bulletin Boards
Throughout the house are bulletin boards with posters, flyers, and advertisements for programs and opportunities at Northwestern and beyond.
Storage
The basement is the primary storage area for student groups. Storage is for student groups only (no personal belongings are permitted).
Periodicals & Magazines
We have subscriptions to various Asian American periodicals and magazines in the MCC living room (1st floor). Titles include:
