For Trainees
Northwestern offers a wide variety of training programs in cutting-edge research areas sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). These grants support programs by providing a mentored training experience and each has programmatic elements designed to support trainees as they develop research and professional skills that will aid them in becoming successful scientists.
While each training grant program has their own trainee selection process, and programming, there are several resources available to help support appointed graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
