What is Love Data Week?

Love Data Week is an international celebration of data, taking place every year during the week of Valentine’s Day. Originally coordinated by Heather Coates, International Love Data Week is a celebration of all things data that seeks to bring people together to share their experiences, learn best practices, and have some fun.

Each year, the Big Ten Academic Alliance (BTAA) conducts a “Love Data Week” during the week of Valentine’s Day. Northwestern and other BTAA institutions will participate in a Data Viz Championship and other events that bring together students, faculty, and staff from across our institutions to discuss data-related themes.
