Jane E. Dudzinski

Jane E. Dudzinski joined Northwestern University’s Office of General Counsel in 2021 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Northwestern, Jane was an attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Chicago focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations.

Jane received her bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from St. Olaf College, where she majored in English and German. She received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the University of Illinois Law Review. Jane is licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Jane’s principal areas of responsibility in the Office of General Counsel are litigation, compliance, and research matters. Jane is a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).
