Operation & Maintenance Services

We maintain, replace, and repair the campuses’ buildings, grounds, and utility systems. This includes managing:

• Heating and cooling,
• Custodial services,
• Snow removal,
• Carpentry and painting,
• Issuance of keys,

Planning Services

Facilities Information Technology (FIT)
