Staff are valued members of the Northwestern community. The University actively strives to attract and retain a diverse and exemplary staff workforce. The Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion (OIDI) supports various affinity groups which aim to enhance the personal and professional development of staff, foster a sense of community and help Northwestern create a workplace where everyone feels belonging and thrives.
