Louie Lainez
Louie Lainez serves as the Associate Director for Administration and Operations in the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion. Louie will engage in the communication, outreach and advancement of institutional diversity and inclusion initiatives for students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners.
Louie rejoins the Northwestern community having previously served in various capacities. Louie's previous experiences include leading the operations of the Gateway Science Workshop program in the Searle Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching and overseeing various initiatives within an area in Multicultural Student Affairs. Most recently, Louie served as the project coordinator for a federally funded TRIO Student Support Services program at Oakton Community College.
Louie earned his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
