Deposits can be made at any Chase ATM or branch location, with a check scanner, or in person during scheduled window hours.
Deposit at any Chase ATM or branch location
Enroll in the ATM Deposit Program to get a ATM deposit card allowing you to make a deposit at the most convenient Chase ATM or branch location. For questions or information about enrollment, please contact: Treasury_Operations@northwestern.edu
Deposit with a Check Scanner
Check scanners are recommend for departments that deposit at lease five checks a week. Visit the check scanning page for more information on check scanners.
Accept Credit Cards Online
Work with our campus partner, Arrow Payments, to accept credit cards online. With Arrow Payments, daily CRTs are created for credit card payments for departments to update with appropriate chartstring information. Find more details on our e-Commerce page.
In Person
Make a deposit in person in the lobby of 619 Clark Street in Evanston or the mezzanine level of 345 E. Superior Street in Chicago during our regularly schedule window hours.
