Financial Operations IT provides technical support for members of the Office of the Controller and the Office of Financial Operations. We are available to help troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, office equipment, query development and some online applications. Working with your local technical support person, we can help you solve most technical issues.

Electronic Content Management System Support

Financial Operations IT provides technical support for members of the Northwestern community who are users of the OnBase ECM system. Please work with your local technical or functional support representative if you have issues using the OnBase ECM.
