Our team offers resources for Northwestern students and alumni to discover and apply for fellowships.

Talk with a team member during drop-in hours, attend an info session, or check upcoming deadlines.
We are open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Drop-in hours are available at the following times during fall quarter 2025:
On Mondays, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, virtual drop-in hours hosted by a fellowships ambassador are available to undergraduates. Access the drop-in hours at this link.
On Wednesdays, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, in-person drop-in hours hosted by Associate Director Jason Kelly Roberts at 1940 Sheridan Road are available to undergraduates, graduate students, and alums.
On Fridays, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, virtual drop-in hours hosted by a fellowships ambassador are available to undergraduates. Access the drop-in hours at this link.
On Fridays, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, in-person drop-in hours hosted by a fellowships ambassador at 1940 Sheridan Road are available to undergraduates.
