Campus Planning

Campus planning deals with space within buildings, space and landscapes around buildings, pedestrian movement, parking, and neighborhood context. As such, campus planning relates to strategic concerns ranging from the use of buildings to the future development of the Evanston and Chicago campuses. While diverse committees of faculty, students and staff may develop and advise on various facility and campus planning issues, campus master plans and facility improvement programs are subject to the authority and approval of the University's Board of Trustees and its Educational Properties Committee (EPC).
