The Process
Facilities Management will determine if the request for service needs to go out to a technician the same day. All temperature complaints, plumbing requests and security issues (broken locks, broken windows, etc.) are given out the same day. We usually attempt to handle the calls in the same order that we have received them except for emergencies (floods, power failures, etc.). When an emergency arises, an available technician will respond to the problem. |
