The senior facilities planner analyzes space utilization, develops facilities assessments, and prepares programs, conceptual design options, scopes of work and proposed budgets for the Evanston and Chicago campuses. The senior planner also is responsible for strategic studies that relate to long-term space/facilities development; space inventory management; and campus planning.
