Coaching
A fundamental purpose of the Office of Organizational Strategy and Change (OSC) is to effectively help leaders identify and respond to opportunities and challenges in a rapidly changing environment. OSC’s coaching services enable leaders to participate in in-depth, one-on-one performance and development conversations on topics related to the leader’s priorities, challenges, and aspirations. Leadership coaching helps clients uncover their hidden potential and barriers to success to facilitate self-awareness and realize high-impact outcomes. Working with the client’s agenda, the coach and client have the dual aim of realizing the client’s specific goals, while simultaneously supporting the University’s priorities and mission.
Potential coaching clients are mid- to senior-level staff leaders with a responsibility for developing strategic priorities for their unit and for planning, leading, and implementing change. Clients may be self-referred or nominated by their leader. Clients may contract for a three-month or six-month engagement. If you have any questions, please email Aspasia Apostolakis Miller.
