About Us

In the Office of Organizational Strategy and Change, we recognize people’s desire to make a positive impact and connect meaningfully with one another across intellectual and administrative endeavors at Northwestern. We apply strategic analysis and change methodologies to specific organizational challenges to find new and better ways of working, from simple improvements to transformational and innovative change.

We support the University priorities, as well as the strategic and operational goals of the Provost and the Executive Vice President for Business and Finance. Our engagements span all schools and units across Northwestern’s three campuses.
