Faculty Pathways

Provost Holloway is launching a Faculty Pathways initiative in the fall of 2019 to enhance faculty growth and development across all career stages from postbaccalaureate through senior faculty. This aspirational plan, developed with input from the Northwestern community, outlines a cohesive, systematic, and innovative approach to heightening faculty excellence, enhancing diversity, and promoting inclusion across all our campuses. Undergraduate Student Lifecycle

Northwestern University Provost Jonathan Holloway has sponsored the formation of an Undergraduate Student Lifecycle Committee that is charged with developing recommendations for change to better support students who identify solely or jointly across first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented minority (URM) identities. The Faculty Task Force on the Undergraduate Academic Experience engaged with faculty and student colleagues, School leadership, and administrative leaders across the University to identify opportunities to enhance and strengthen the undergraduate academic experience of Northwestern students.
