Jeff was drawn to practicing massage and bodywork after a two decades long career in professional theater administration and design. Jeff pulls from a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to create an individually specific treatment plan for each client. Working with a combination of disciplines in a holistic approach that respects the specific needs of the individual, a treatment plan will be created for you. This treatment plan may include Bowenwork, Massage Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Bodywork, or a combination of approaches.
