On Aug. 25 and Aug. 26, 2025, Northwestern’s Postdoctoral Scholars and Research Associates will have an opportunity to cast their ballot in a vote that will determine if a labor union, the United Electrical, Radio and Machine Workers of America (UE), will represent them for purposes of collective bargaining with the University.
