Jonathan Hargrove is an adjunct professor within Northwestern's Master of Science in Energy and Sustainability (MSES) Program.
Jonathan Hargrove has more than two decades of experience in the energy industry, with leadership roles in asset optimization, trading, structured origination, and risk management. He is passionate about advancing the energy transition and building resilience in the sector. As the Chief Revenue Officer at RPower, Jonathan oversees revenue management and leads the Energy Services business. Prior to joining RPower, he led the Trading & Structured Products function for Acciona Energy North America and previously held commercial roles at Invenergy, RWE, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Jonathan also worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture and was a founding member of MP2 Energy. Jonathan holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Evanston Utilities Commission and has spoken at several industry conferences about energy trading and risk management.
