Tiffany (she/her/hers) earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University (ISU), where her research explored the impact of implicit education debt on the lives of African American mothers pursuing graduate education. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Psychology and another in African American Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership-Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC).
Dr. Bumpers has professional expertise in advising pre-health students, with an emphasis on establishing strategic initiatives to advance students who are underrepresented in the health professions.
