Project Description & Statistics
Patten Gym, located at 2407 Sheridan, was built in 1940 and is designated an Evanston Historic Landmark. The scope of the proposed renovation includes the interior spaces of the Gleacher Golf Center and Patten Gym on the basement, first and second floors of the building to provide state of the art practice, locker room, lounge and associated team spaces for the Universities’ golf and fencing programs.
As part of the renovations, modifications and / or upgrades are anticipated to the building MEP systems including a new fire sprinkler system.
