Reading Relationships
Hundreds of Evanston students participate in events and workshops organized by Evanston Township High School (ETHS) Libraries each year. Students create, craft, read and research poetry and spoken word art during the annual weeklong event. Our office provides support and facilitates visiting guest poets from Northwestern’s faculty, including Rachel Jamison Webster and Parneshia Jones. Webster and Jones both read their own original works as well as facilitate writing workshops with Northwestern graduate students.
