Current CLIMB Students
Because CLIMB students come from five different PhD programs, they bring with them an extraordinary breadth of knowledge, acquired expertise, interests, and fresh ways of looking at scientific questions. When CLIMB students talk together about their research and interests, they get experience describing their work to a more diverse audience, and in return get new ideas that would likely never have occurred to them. This interdisciplinary environment and experience is exactly where graduate training is evolving toward, and the CLIMB program starts students out in this direction from day one.
