Description: 

Northwestern students enroll directly at Tel Aviv University and take classes with both Israeli and international students.  TAU is the largest university in Israel with approximately 29,000 students.  The university offers a wide range of courses in fields such as computer science, electrical engineering, psychology, economics, political science, public policy, conflict resolution, Jewish and Hebrew Studies, as well as Arabic and Islamic Studies.

Requirements: 

Important Note
This program is located in country under a U.S. Department of State Travel Warning and operates with special permission under the university's travel policy.

Students enrolled in this program will be required to adhere to additional security measures and sign a release acknowledging the Travel Warning.

This program is subject to suspension or modification at any time. These matters will be discussed in more detail during advising appointments and pre-departure orientation.

Language Requirements: 

Students take courses in English. For those interested in taking courses in Hebrew, proficiency in the language is required.
