Description: 

Students take two mandatory courses designed for study abroad students and choose from elective courses offered at Universidad del Salvador, alongside Argentine and international students. Classes are taught in Spanish.

Term Notes: This program follows the Argentine academic calendar: Fall Quarter begins in mid-July and ends in early December. Winter/Spring Quarters begin in late February and end in early July.

Requirements: 

Spanish majors and minors must discuss their study abroad plans with a departmental adviser.

Admission Info:
To apply, Northwestern students must: 

  1. Complete an NU Study Abroad Application by the appropriate deadline
  2. Complete an IFSA-Butler application by the program's deadline

1 year (completion of Spanish 101-3 or 115-2) or the equivalent of college-level Spanish.
