Mali: Health, Gender & Community Empowerment

This field-based, experiential learning program, which includes an independent study project, examines the development initiatives through the interplay of gender dynamics and health in Mali. Students learn about the link between women’s roles, family health, and improvements of developmental indicators.

Language Requirements:1.5 years or the equivalent of college-level French, completing at least FR 121-2 or FR 125-2.
