In this study, we examined the impact of a year-long faculty development program on faculty approaches to teaching.
Using a mixed methods approach (Approaches to Teaching Inventory, participant accounts, and interviews), we sought to assess the impact of a faculty development program (Searle Fellows program) on faculty approaches to teaching and planned changes in teaching practice.
