Real Estate Leasing and Services

Facilities Management's Real Estate Office provides services that include the following:

  • Temporary housing for faculty and staff.
  • Assistance in finding leased space off campus for programs and staff that cannot be accommodated in University-owned facilities. (Note: subject to approval by the Office of the Provost).
  • Negotiation, review, and processing of leases for off-campus space.
  • Oversight of space in University-owned "Hybrid Buildings."
