The building site is located at 2170 Campus Drive, connected to the Center For Nanofabrication And Molecular Self Assembly and the Arthur & Gladys Pancoe Evanston Northwestern Healthcare Life Sciences Pavilion.

  • Each of the five floors are programmed with Laboratories and Student Offices.
  • Faculty (PI’s) Offices reside on 3rd and 4th Floors.
  • Four stories above grade plus Mechanical Penthouse.
  • The one floor below grade has a NMR Suite, Core and Laser Labs.
  • Ground Floor houses an Imaging Suite and Conference Rooms.
  • The building is approximately 80 feet tall and 21 feet below grade.
