Project Description & Statistics
The scope of the project is a one story addition to the existing four stories Crowe Hall building. The fifth floor of approx. 9,500 GSF will accommodate 35 offices for faculty and departmental use, small pantry and bathrooms following the layout of the existing floors below. The new offices will accommodate faculty and staff for the Weinberg Collage of Arts and Science at Northwestern University.
The existing building constructed on 2003 was originally designed for this fifth floor addition, and provisions for the addition in the structural, mechanical, and electrical systems were included in the original construction.
