The building site is bound by Fairbanks Court, Superior Street, Huron Street, and Prentice Women's Hospital.

9 laboratory floors with offices
2 mechanical floors at 2nd floor and penthouse
1 ground floor campus center and service area
2 floors below grade for Vivarium and mechanical rooms

Dining for 120 people
Auditorium for 255 people
Auditorium for 111 people
Seminar Room for 75 people
Seminar Room for 45 people

Typical Floor:
12 lab planning modules to accommodate 12 PI's and 5 researchers per PI
75 people per floor with administration

Approximately 700 persons total (PI's, researchers, staff)
