Please verify and (update if needed) "COI" approvers for staff in FASIS by January 21st!
In preparation for the upcoming annual disclosure process, it is imperative that all staff COI approvers listed in FASIS for employees are accurate, and that any changes/updates are made in FASIS by January 21st. If, upon review, the staff COI approvers listed in FASIS are correct, no action is needed.
The annual staff COI disclosure covering calendar year 2015 will open on February 15th in eDisclosure, Northwestern’s new COI system. eDisclosure will replace FASIS for annual COI surveys. Although Northwestern is utilizing a new system for the COI disclosure and review process, the source of record for staff and staff approver information will remain FASIS; therefore, ensuring staff approvers are correctly entered into FASIS is critical. The COI Approver is maintained on the “Reports To” page in FASIS. Please follow the instructions below to verify your staff’s COI approver by January 21st.
