Physical well-being relates to vigor and vitality, feeling healthy and full of energy. People with higher levels of well-being judge their life as going well. They are satisfied, interested and engaged with their lives. By engaging in physical wellness activities, you can help lower your risk of chronic disease, disability, and depression. (

The following programs & services, resources, reading materials and discounts can help you achieve and sustain physical well-being goals. They can also provide important information to help you use and get more out of your Northwestern-sponsored health care services and benefits. These resources are available for Northwestern faculty and staff, and eligible family members as part of the YourLife wellness program.
