YourLife Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are co-sponsored by YourLife  and Northwestern Recreation. These free group exercise classes accommodate all levels of ability. Classes are offered each quarter on the Evanston and Chicago campuses and are led by a certified group exercise instructor.

Registration is encouraged, as classes have limited capacity. Drop-ins are welcome if space permits. PLEASE NOTE: Weekly registration opens at 8:00 a.m. each Monday, and remains open until that week's class is full. To register for a class, click on the appropriate link in the schedule below.

Classes will resume on April 11 for the spring quarter.
