Our Programs
Our programs focus on creating sustained dialogue around social justice issues and providing one-on-one support for students, faculty, and staff.
Our center serves as a space for support, community, advocacy, and affirmation for women, trans, non-binary, or gender queer folks, and other people who may be navigating marginalization on campus and in society.
In addition to our on-campus advocacy and programming, the Northwestern Women's Center serves as a catalyst for gender equity internationally.
Because we bear witness to, and center, the experiences of women who work and learn at Northwestern, we have acted as catalysts for change on campus for over three decades. We also are a site for feminist intellectual engagement and knowledge production. These principles guide our programs and events throughout the year.
Our 2021-22 academic year programming will be based in the theme of Disability Justice as a Feminist Practice. If you're interested in co-sponsoring an event, fill out our request form.
