Rachel joined Northwestern University in March of 2019 in her current role as Health Promotion Specialist. She provides health promotion services to students on campus, including individual alcohol and other drug services such as BASICS (LINK). She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, and enjoys working with students to address their wellness needs and goals holistically.

Rachel received her Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Bachelors in Human Health and Physiology from the University of Iowa. Previous to NU, she worked as a worksite Wellness Coordinator at AdvocateAurora Healthcare. Prior to that, she worked as a Health Educator at the University of Iowa’s Student Health & Wellness serving college students in a similar capacity. Rachel likes staying active and enjoys weightlifting and standup paddleboarding during summer time.
