Come share a meal with CAPS Therapist and Eating Concerns Coordinator, Fallon Weatherspoon & Campus Dietitian, Maddy McDonough. We will discuss the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating to learn more about the framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought to cultivate a more positive relationship with food and body.
