Spring into Wellness

A 21-day event to cultivate and renew your growth during this challenging time.

Spring 2020 has been challenging, however, it also provides us with an opportunity for growth. This 21 day initiative was created to foster this growth and create connectedness within the Northwestern Community through art, poetry, reflection, meditation, and journaling. Like the spring season we too are transforming during this time. It is a time for us to seed new projects, embark on new journeys, and cultivate fresh ideas.

Each day will be an opportunity to take some time for yourself, to clear your head, be creative and connect with others. 

Follow us on Instagram, participating in “Spring into Wellness,” and tagging us with #nu21days on: @northwesterncaps, @nuspiritual.life, or @nuhpaw.  Don’t forget to submit your artistic work on the ‘call out days.’  We’ll be using these pieces to create a virtual/visual diary of our collective experiences as we prepare for abundance, freedom, and play of the post CoVid19 season.
