Documentation Room & Display

What?

As has been the tradition for many years, there will be documentation display room where participants can view a wide variety of computing publications, from newsletters to technical reports to instructional materials. Winning entries from the Newsletter and Education & Training Materials competitions will also be on display.

When?

Beginning Sunday afternoon through Tuesday evening. We're not sure of the opening/closing times yet. Please realize we can't leave the room open 24 hours a day for security reasons!

Where?

The Columbian House Room on the 14th floor. Check out the map to see where it is.

How?

We count on your participation to make this display a success. Please contact Audrey Rosen, our Documentation Chair, to let us know you'll be participating. We'd like to know ahead of time how much space to allot for the various materials.

We will have a Macintosh available so participants can view electronic publications. If your institution has electronic documents that you'd like the other participants to view, please contact Audrey Rosen so the arrangements can be made.

If you wish to display printed material, you can either send your documents before the conference, or bring your materials with you. Send as much material as you think appropriate. In past years, some institutions have included multiple copies to share with other participants. Please do not send materials you cannot afford to "lose," as return of materials cannot be guaranteed.
