This panel will discuss managing student lab assistants, the backbone of many of our operations. Each panelist will discuss recruiting and hiring, training, and retaining quality students at their institution. Our collective experience covers schools of all sizes, from 2500 students to 50,000. It is hoped that the question period after the presentations will become an open forum on student workers.
