We research the critical role of instructors in advancing student learning.
We recognize that teaching is a skill that instructors continuously develop over the course of a career, and our research investigates the ways in which this happens most effectively.
With a particular focus on teachers’ changing understanding of and approaches to teaching, our research examines teachers at many levels – from new graduate student instructors to senior faculty.
