Learning Objectives:
-Enhance knowledge of key DEI concepts that promote inclusive classroom settings through empirical readings, self-reflection, and peer dialogue
-Examine challenges in incorporating DEI concepts in the context of a learning environment
-Apply DEI concepts and related issues to current events in higher education
-Increase self-efficacy in intervening or serving as an ally when the expectations of an inclusive learning environment are challenged
Participants are expected to attend all 3 roundtable sessions on March 4th, March 11th, and March 18th. Registration will close Sunday, February 21st. After we have reached the maximum number of participants, interested colleagues may be placed on a waitlist.
