As the Assistant Director of Employer Recruiting Kim manages the NCA interview center and represents the department to internal and external constituents. Kim works cooperatively with employers through job postings, scheduling and on-campus recruiting. Kim also manages student employers for the department. Additionally, she works to grow opportunities for all students through employer development in the fields of education, not-for-profit and social mission. Kim also manages and is responsible for the creation of ‘Cats Closet, our free professional clothing resource for students. Kim’s career background includes film production, not-for-profit and she is an AmeriCorps alumni. Kim earned her Bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree in Training and Development from Roosevelt University. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with family, watching sports and community volunteering.
