Faculty Leadership Program

The Faculty Leadership Program, a year-long series of monthly sessions from which faculty can choose various programs to attend, is designed for department chairs, program directors, center or institute directors, division chiefs, and other faculty leaders. The program will provide critical information on University resources and expand skills for those who participate and lead academic units.

Faculty leaders will have the opportunity to learn from national experts in academic leadership C.K. Gunsalus, PhD, and Brent Rubin, PhD, as well as from Northwestern campus leaders and fellow faculty members.

The program is by invitation. If you have questions about participating, please contact Joan Marie Johnson (joanmjohnson@northwestern.edu). To sign up, please RSVP using the online submission form.
