Christian (Chris) Keeve graduated from Northwestern University in 2015 with a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on plant ecology. Additionally, he majored in Urban Studies with a minor in African-American Studies. His research interests include the intersection of urbanism and the environment, as well as how communities of color engage with the environment and how the environment is brought into urban settings. Chris currently works as an AmeriCorps VISTA in Billing, MT, where he manages the Parks Department's urban agriculture and food justice projects. Chris also has interests in black queer studies, pop culture, mycology, and conservation.
