Dominick Douglas, a native of North Carolina, is a violist who has performed across the United States, Europe and South America. His performing experience has led him to venues such as Carnegie Hall, Symphony Hall in Boston, Het Concertgebouw, and the Musikverein in Vienna, among others. As a chamber musician, he has performed alongside many esteemed artists, such as members of the Cleveland, Ying, Cavani, and Borromeo String Quartets. Also, he has participated in festivals such as Bowdoin International Music Festival, the Heifetz Institute, Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, and Brevard Music Center Institute. Dominick is currently a student at the Bienen School of Music as a recipient of the Dick and Helen Thomas Fellowship; he is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
