Tai Qui is a non-combat martial art in which the students will learn how to build the protective energy Qi in their lungs and on the surface of their body, to create and maintain a strong protective immune defense against the external pathogens. The students will also learn how to build, concentrate, focus, and direct the vital energy Qi, and to bring to the next level their immune system, attention span, memory, and analytical capacity.

Hip Hop Dance

This class will focus on the techniques of Hip Hop (street/urban) dance styles, through the introduction of foundational vocabularies of specific dances.  Students will develop proficiency in a few core techniques that are seen across a wide variety of Hip Hop Dance styles.
