Tax Exemption Number & Form

As a non-profit institution, Northwestern is tax exempt. Whenever you make purchases for your group, you should present the tax-exemption number to the vendor or business. If you need the number and/or form, or to verify Northwestern’s federal employer identification number (FEIN) and/or tax status, please ask your advisor for assistance.

University Cars & Vans

Motor Pool is the university department that rents out cars and vans for off-campus events and trips.

University Bus Service

If you need to transport a large group of students for off-campus events or trips, please refer to the bus service offered by the university.

Tables, Chairs, & Stages

All furniture (i.e. tables, chairs, and couches) must remain inside the facilities and are not to be removed for any reason or occasion unless supervised by an MSA staff member.
