Women in Leadership Cohort

Join Leadership Development & Community Engagement for a 4-week series that explores what it means to be a woman in leadership. We will cover issues that women face in leadership, explore what makes a good leader, and seek to understand how we can break down stereotypes.

We are looking for undergraduate women who have an interest in learning more about the intersections of gender and leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to build relationships within a small, intimate cohort of women.

Joining the Women in Leadership series gives participants the opportunity to reflect on individual experiences and understandings, bringing diverse viewpoints to intentional conversations. If you are interested in joining the conversation of gender and leadership, strengthening your leadership skills and learning how to become a more effective leader within your organization or community regardless of the challenges, Women in Leadership is for you!

We will meet for 4 weekly sessions, Tuesday from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, starting April 7th, 2020 (April 7, April 14, April 21, & April 28.) Please note that this is a commitment to your cohort and to yourself, attendance at all sessions is expected.

To register please complete this registration form by March 27.
