Request Status Verification Letter

Students who are unable to retrieve their documents from the IO may request they be shipped to them directly via eShipGlobal.

Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Request your letter below.
Step 2: Create a shipment within eShipGlobal. Specify document type (Ex: I-20, EAD card, receipt notice, etc.)
Step 3: The IO will send the document! Shipping charges are incurred directly by the student.

Documents requested here are created twice per week.  Letters can be picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Front Desk.

  • Please note Front Desk hours on Tuesdays (9:30 am-5 pm) and Fridays (10 am-5 pm)
  • You will NOT receive e-mail notification that your letter is ready.
  • If you are located on the Chicago campus, you must submit your request before 9am Monday, in order to pick it up on Wednesdays during walk-in hours.
